Usage: OLINVYK is an intravenous opioid analgesic for adults with acute severe pain when alternative treatments are inadequate. Daily dose must not exceed 27 mg. Reserved for patients who cannot be managed with non-opioid alternatives due to risks of addiction, misuse, overdose, and death.
