Usage: Loqtorzi is a PD-1 blocking antibody for adults with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC): first-line with cisplatin and gemcitabine for metastatic or recurrent locally advanced NPC, or as monotherapy for recurrent unresectable or metastatic NPC after platinum-containing chemotherapy.
