Usage: RUBRACA (rucaparib) is a PARP inhibitor for adults with BRCA-mutated recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer as maintenance therapy after platinum-based chemotherapy, and for BRCA-mutated metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer after androgen receptor-directed therapy and taxane chemotherapy.
