Usage: Onivyde treats metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma in adults. Used with oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, and leucovorin as first-line therapy, or with fluorouracil and leucovorin after gemcitabine-based therapy fails. Not for use as a single agent.
