Usage: Bosulif treats Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myelogenous leukemia (Ph+ CML) in adults and children 1 year and older with chronic phase disease (newly diagnosed or after prior therapy failure), and in adults with accelerated or blast phase disease resistant or intolerant to prior therapy.
