Usage: RYDAPT treats adults with newly diagnosed FLT3 mutation-positive AML in combination with chemotherapy (not as single-agent induction), and adults with aggressive systemic mastocytosis (ASM), systemic mastocytosis with associated hematological neoplasm (SM-AHN), or mast cell leukemia (MCL).
