Usage: Increlex treats growth failure in children aged 2 and older with severe primary IGF-1 deficiency or growth hormone gene deletion who have developed antibodies to growth hormone. Not a substitute for growth hormone therapy; not indicated for secondary IGF-1 deficiency caused by GH deficiency, malnutrition, or hypothyroidism.
