Usage: Tukysa is used with trastuzumab and capecitabine for HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (including brain metastases) in adults after prior anti-HER2 therapy. Also used with trastuzumab for RAS wild-type, HER2-positive metastatic colorectal cancer after prior chemotherapy.
