Usage: Phytonadione treats adults with coagulation disorders caused by vitamin K deficiency or interference with vitamin K activity, including anticoagulant-induced hypoprothrombinemia (coumarin or indanedione derivatives), hypoprothrombinemia from antibacterial therapy, malabsorption conditions (e.g., obstructive jaundice, celiac disease), and other drug-induced hypoprothrombinemia.
