Usage: Retacrit is an ESA indicated for anemia due to chronic kidney disease, zidovudine therapy in HIV patients, myelosuppressive chemotherapy in non-myeloid cancers, and to reduce allogeneic blood transfusions in elective noncardiac, nonvascular surgery patients at high risk for perioperative blood loss.
