Usage: Carbaglu treats acute and chronic hyperammonemia in adults and pediatric patients with N-acetylglutamate synthase (NAGS) deficiency as adjunctive or maintenance therapy, and acute hyperammonemia due to propionic acidemia or methylmalonic acidemia as adjunctive therapy to standard of care.
